Images, descriptions and examples do not create a promise that every project will use the same design, dimensions, material, finish or installation method. Each project is reviewed separately.
3. Quotation inquiries
Submitting the website form or sending an email is a request for review. It does not create a contract, confirm acceptance of work or reserve an installation date.
Please provide accurate project information. Dimensions, quantities, site conditions, drawings, specifications, access requirements and civil-work responsibilities may need confirmation before a quotation can be issued.
4. Project quotations and contracts
Prices, scope, payment terms, validity periods, exclusions, materials, warranties and delivery dates are confirmed only in the written quotation or project agreement issued for that work.

Material and finish selection is project-specific. Available options include HDPE, PVC-coated polyester, PTFE and PVDF-coated fabrics; polycarbonate, metal sheets and sandwich panels; and painted, powder-coated or hot-dip galvanized steel finishes.
Site access, existing services, obstructions, ground conditions, client specifications and work restrictions can affect the final scope. Foundations and excavation may be included by us or handled by the client’s civil contractor, as stated in the quotation.
6. Timing and site visits
We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Site-visit, quotation, fabrication and installation timing varies by project and is confirmed after reviewing the requirements.
No website statement should be treated as a guaranteed project programme unless that programme is included in an accepted written agreement.
7. Warranty information
Warranty periods generally range from 10 to 15 years according to structure type. The applicable duration, coverage, exclusions and conditions are stated in the project quotation or warranty document.
8. Repairs and existing structures
Requests for fabric replacement or repairs are subject to review of the existing structure and available information. Photographs may help an initial assessment, but the repair scope is not confirmed until the relevant conditions have been reviewed.
9. Information and files you send
You confirm that you are authorized to send any drawings, specifications, photographs or project information provided through the website or by email. We may use that information only as reasonably required to review and respond to the inquiry or perform agreed work.
Do not send passwords, banking details, identity documents or unrelated confidential information through the quotation form.
