What helps us prepare your quotation
Include the approximate dimensions or number of parking bays, the shade type and your preferred completion date. If a consultant or client has specified the fabric, roofing or steel finish, include that requirement too.
For fabric replacement or repairs, describe the existing shade and the work required. Photographs of the frame and covering help us understand the scope.

Email your files to info@umbrellatentshades.com. Include your name and project city so we can match them to your inquiry.
What happens after your inquiry
We review the information and respond within 24 hours. We may ask for dimensions, drawings or further site details before confirming the quotation scope.
Site visits are arranged where needed. The dates for a visit, quotation and installation are confirmed after project review. Foundations and excavation are also agreed at that stage, including whether they will be completed by your civil contractor.
