Cover the areas used during the day
Tell us which parts of the playground need coverage and the hours when they are used. The shade layout needs to account for the area to be covered, available height and the location of supports.
Existing play equipment, perimeter access and supervision sightlines are part of the discussion. If the playground supplier has specified clearance zones, include these with your inquiry.
Match the covering to the brief
We offer HDPE, PVC-coated polyester, PTFE and PVDF-coated fabric options, with selection confirmed for the project. Colours, fabric grades and any documented performance requirements should be agreed before the order is finalized.
Steel finishes are selected to suit the specification and installation environment. We do not assign a standard fabric or frame specification without reviewing the design.
Arrange work around access to the playground
Let us know when the area can be closed for installation and who is responsible for any civil work. Foundations and excavation are decided per project. Where the play area is part of a school, share the preferred installation window and access procedure.
Replacing worn playground shade fabric
We also provide replacement fabric and repairs. Photographs of the existing roof, supports and damaged areas help us identify what needs further review.
