Fit the coverage around the property
For a villa or shared residential site, identify vehicle entrances, pedestrian access and the areas used for outdoor seating. For a school or commercial property, include the operating hours and spaces that must remain available during installation.
We review parking shade designs and support positions against the layout. Pool and umbrella shades are planned around the intended coverage and movement through the space.
Select the finish for the actual exposure
If the site has coastal exposure or a specified coating requirement, include it in the brief. Steel finishes can be painted, powder-coated or hot-dip galvanized, with project-specific marine coatings also available.
Fabric and rigid-roof choices are confirmed for the design. Share any colour or appearance requirement at the quotation stage.
Repairs and replacement shades
For an existing installation, photographs of the frame and covering help us review fabric replacement or repairs. New foundations, excavation and other civil-work responsibilities are agreed per project.
Site visits, quotations and installation dates are confirmed after reviewing the scope and access arrangements.
