Plan parking and outdoor areas together
A site may need shaded parking alongside poolside coverage, outdoor seating or covered routes. Mark each area on the layout and tell us whether the work will be completed in one stage or separate phases.
Parking designs include cantilever, pyramid, arch, cone and sail or tensile arrangements. The support positions and roof choice are reviewed against access, clearance and appearance requirements.
Include exposure and coating requirements
For a site with coastal exposure, send any specified coating requirement with the inquiry. We offer several steel finishes and can review marine-grade coating systems where required.
Fabric options include HDPE, PVC-coated polyester, PTFE and PVDF-coated fabric. Polycarbonate, metal sheets and sandwich panels can also be considered for suitable roof designs.
Agree the programme around the operating site
Tell us about deliveries, guest or resident access, permitted working hours and your target completion date. Foundations and excavation are agreed per project, including work assigned to your civil contractor.
We confirm site-visit, quotation and installation timing after reviewing the requirements. Schools, playgrounds, shelters and event tent projects can be discussed through the same inquiry form.
